Privacy Policy.
How PentHaus collects, uses and protects information across the website, waitlists, applications, support and member tools.
1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to websites, forms and services operated by Pent Equities Inc. under the PentHaus Trading brand (“PentHaus,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the form or service you use, we may collect:
- Name and email address.
- Phone number on the PentHaus Framework waitlist, Top Floor waitlist and Private Floor application. The free Lobby form and current Partner application do not request a phone number.
- Whether you separately opted in to receive marketing text messages, together with consent metadata such as the form source, consent version and timestamp.
- Support and feedback information such as category, subject, message, Discord username, ticket status and source.
- Partner application information such as Resident status, influencer/content-creator status, social-media handles, how you heard about the program, where you plan to promote PentHaus, whether you want access to the Discord Partner Hub and your Discord username when applicable.
- Account authentication information needed to verify your email and maintain a signed-in PentHaus session. Passwordless sign-in is currently handled through Supabase Auth.
- Trading experience, markets traded, goals, challenges, coaching context, product interests and similar information you choose to provide.
- Referral and attribution information such as landing page, referrer and UTM campaign parameters.
- Basic technical information provided with web requests, such as browser/user-agent information and hosting logs.
- Payment, subscription and transaction information handled by our checkout/payment service providers. PentHaus does not need to store your full payment-card number in its lead or support database.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to operate the site and community, provide requested access, authenticate member accounts, respond to support requests, review coaching and Partner applications, assign Partner commission tiers and Discord roles, manage waitlists, maintain ticket history, communicate product or membership information, improve PentHaus products, understand acquisition sources, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
If you voluntarily check the SMS marketing consent box on an eligible form, PentHaus may send recurring marketing text messages to the number you provided, including product launches, enrollment notices, offers, promotions and similar PentHaus updates. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Consent to marketing texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of submitting the underlying form. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary.
You can revoke SMS marketing consent by replying STOP to a marketing text. Reply HELP for help where supported. We maintain consent records so we can document when and how an opt-in was provided. Providing a phone number without checking the separate SMS consent box does not, by itself, authorize recurring automated promotional text messages.
4. Email Communications and Account Verification
If you request access, join a waitlist, submit an application, open a support request or use the Account Center, we may send service-related or relevant follow-up email. Passwordless account verification may require a secure one-time sign-in email. Marketing email may be unsubscribed from using the unsubscribe method provided in the message once email delivery is activated. Transactional, support, authentication or account-related messages may still be sent when necessary to provide a service you requested.
5. Service Providers
We use third-party providers to operate PentHaus. These may include Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for database/backend/authentication infrastructure, COMMAS for commerce, subscription and Partner functions, Discord for community delivery and other vendors added as the business evolves. If we activate an SMS delivery platform, that provider may process phone numbers and messaging records on our behalf. These providers may process information under their own contractual and privacy obligations.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate PentHaus, with professional advisers when reasonably necessary, in connection with a business transaction, or when required to comply with law, protect rights or prevent fraud or abuse.
PentHaus does not currently sell personal information for money. If our data practices materially change, this policy will be updated.
7. Browser Storage and Analytics
The current PentHaus launch site uses lightweight first-party funnel analytics to understand page visits, lead submissions, Partner applications and clicks on important calls to action. These analytics record information such as page path, referring page, UTM/referral parameters, a temporary session identifier and basic browser/user-agent information. We do not send form answers, email addresses, phone numbers or social handles into the analytics event table.
The current analytics implementation uses session-level browser storage rather than behavioral advertising cookies and is intended to measure PentHaus site performance and acquisition funnels. PentHaus does not currently use third-party behavioral advertising pixels on the launch site. Authenticated account sessions may use browser storage required to keep a user signed in. If we add advertising technology, cross-site tracking or materially different analytics later, this policy and any required consent choices should be updated.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant service, maintain business and support records, respond to requests, protect the community and meet legal or contractual obligations. We may retain SMS consent and opt-out records for compliance and recordkeeping even after marketing messages stop. Support-ticket, Partner-application and account records may be retained as reasonably necessary to document requests, approvals and service history. Retention periods may differ by data type and product.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Public lead, Partner, support and analytics submissions pass through controlled backend functions, and member account access uses verified authentication. Subscription-provider credentials are not intended to be exposed in browser code. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you should avoid submitting passwords, full card numbers, brokerage credentials or other information that is not necessary for the requested service.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or other control over certain personal information. You may unsubscribe from marketing email when that channel is active and revoke SMS marketing consent by replying STOP to a marketing text. Requests can also be submitted through the PentHaus Support Center linked in the site footer. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
11. Third-Party Links and Platforms
PentHaus links to third-party services such as Discord and COMMAS. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
12. Children
PentHaus trading education and market services are not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review the request.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as products, vendors or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
14. Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through the PentHaus Support Center.
